This special night features two of the fathers of modern avante garde and noise music (The Haters & Crank Sturgeon).
Their influence can be heard is such currently "hot" bands such as HEALTH, Wolf Eyes, Parts & Labor, and Animal Collective.
More then just making sound, all four of these performers have embraces the FLUXUS/Dada Art.
FLUXUS is based in collage and mixed media. It is not a style but an attitude. It is short, direct and humor is an important element. The work is an artifact of the important creative act.

This show is scheduled for one night, Wednesday April 20th 2011 at The Trunk Space, 1506 NW Grand Ave in downtown Phoenix. Doors at 7PM, show at 8PM.
The cover charge will be "sliding scale," from $10--$6 per person.
